Defective Item Policy
Please ensure that the cup is opened and inspected within 48 hrs to ensure it is in perfect condition for use! As these are custom tumblers I want to ensure customer satisfaction. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 48 hours with photo or video proof of the issue.
Once confirmed
• I will provide either a replacement or store credit/refund, depending on your preference.
• In some cases, the defective item must be returned or disposed of before the replacement/refund is issued.
• Items that are still usable but have minor imperfections may qualify for partial refunds or discounts, not full refunds.
